LSB is a microbrewery that opened in December 2008 in the Old Town section of Plymouth. Brewer and principal Joe Walters has an eight hectoliter Specific Mechanical system purchased from a Calgary-based brewery. The building has been beautifully restored and includes an upstairs area with its own taps and a 70 seat capacity that is available for rental. Mug club memberships are available. There are six beers on tap plus a house root beer. The kitchen is small, so the menu is limited, but you can order in from other local establishments.
